Specchio source code and license notices

Specchio source for affected macOS builds is available in a public GitHub repository with one tag per distributed build. The repository includes the application source, AirPlay FairPlay provider source, license texts, build metadata, USB tooling notices, and the modified WebDriverAgent submodule reference.
